Service Description

A women only online exercise class. Ideal for working mums, SAHM, busy women, elderly women and women who just don’t fancy the gym. The class offers convenience, group workout opportunities and the benefits of in a safe space the social benefits of group therapy. "Use it or lose it"; we are therefore keen for women of all ages to do something for themselves towards a healthy, functional older years. Studies have shown that exercise not only benefits our physical health but it promotes our mental health and feelings of wellbeing. Join us online every Saturday from the comfort of your home for a 1-hour movement session that focuses on stretches , breathing and functional exercises that helps you de-stress and connect with other members . Several muscle groups that we rarely use in our more modern lifestyles will get activated. One word: fun! Speak to us if you would like some consideration regarding fee per session.
